Above average breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Updated units with balcony. Particularly good and stunning location to the Tsarevets fortress in a green area.

I think this hotel is great with it's facilities for large variety of needs. The staff is helpfull and provides very accurate service. The food in Vodenicata restaurant is on high quality and the prices are acceptable. Also there is terrace with great view and ambience.

We had a wonderful view; it was peacefull, we didn't had any problems.

We had a standard room which was very small. However the balcony was nice.

interhotel in veliko tarnovo proved to be a pleasant surprise. the location was unbeatable and the view from our balcony was stunning. despite its size, the hotel managed to provide a comfortable and spacious room for our long stay.

Interhotel Veliko Tarnovo is the worse hotel I’ve ever checked- in. Is not even close of the 4 stars rate. I would rather rate it 2 stars. The staff is bored and speaks very bad English. The rooms are awful. I booked a Standard double room which was quite creepy. Spider nets on the ceiling, dirty floor which obviously wasn’t cleaned for weeks, no mini-bar at all in the room, furniture broken and very dusty. Another problem was to lock the balcony door, probably due to the fact that is in such a bad shape, as everything there. I really don’t know how is possible to rate so high such an hotel and how is possible to show such nice pictures of the rooms which are so far from the reality. Interhotel Veliko Tarnovo is an hotel with aged and damaged furniture, with no improvements and endowments during the past 20 years, except for the bathrooms and with dirty rooms. I wouldn’t advice anybody to choose it, under any circumstance.
